We are currently conceptualizing and implementing the decorations for a summer party for a client.

We're currently in the midst of the creative process, from initial ideas and color/design concepts to all the little details that make the difference in the end. 🌸🍋🌿

For us, this is a wonderful change from the usual conference routine and shows once again how versatile event management can be.

After three days full of inspiring encounters, exciting discussions, and valuable networking, our client's conference culminated in a very special gala dinner high above the rooftops of Palma. 🌅
Guests enjoyed an unforgettable evening on the pool terrace of Meliá Palma Marina: with a fantastic view of the harbor, excellent food, and a celebratory award show where special achievements were honored. 🏆✨

For us, these are precisely the moments that are at the heart of a successful event. When planning turns into emotions, encounters lead to new connections, and an event becomes lasting memories.

London Moments: More Than Just a Conference ✨

After almost a year of preparation, last week was finally the time: Together with our client, we went to London. ✨

From the initial planning to the final program item, the city should also be reflected in the event itself—authentically, uniquely, and with a lot of London flair:

The overnight stay was in @crowneplazakingscross – just a stone's throw away from the extraordinary meeting location @goodenoughevents. And honestly: The name was an understatement in this case 😉✨

Especially exciting for our participants was the Medical City Tour, a specially tailored tour that combined exciting places and stories of London with the conference theme.

The emotional highlight was clearly the ride in the famous red double-decker vintage buses. With drinks, good conversations, and special perspectives on the city, networking became a real experience. 📸 You can't get more London than this.

The crowning finale was a dinner at @14storiesldn – with an impressive atmosphere, good food, and a skyline view that is definitely memorable. 🌆✨

A big thank you to our customers for their trust, as well as to all partners, service providers, and stakeholders who made this event possible with so much passion. 🙌
